Sav Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Sav Rewards Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Sav Rewards customer loyalty program (“Program”) offered by Come See Come Sav LLC, together with its current and future assumed business names (DBAs), wholly owned subsidiaries, affiliates under common ownership or control, successor entities, and authorized operating divisions (collectively, “Come See Come Sav,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Sav Rewards is powered by Astro Loyalty, which provides the technology platform used to administer the Program on our behalf.

By creating an online account, enrolling in Sav Rewards, using any online services associated with your customer account, or otherwise participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or participate in Sav Rewards.

Participation is available to eligible customers who successfully enroll through an approved registration method.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in Sav Rewards or continued use of your online customer account after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement governing participation in Sav Rewards and supersede all prior promotional materials, advertisements, communications, and statements relating to the Program.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by Come See Come Sav LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
